This policy sets forth the guidelines for exchanges and returns, focused exclusively on ensuring the integrity of the product received.
1. CONDITIONS FOR EXCHANGE OR RETURN
Exchanges or returns will be accepted exclusively in the following verified cases:
Manufacturing defect: Flaws in stitching, print, or fabric that compromise proper use.
Shipping error: Receipt of a size, color, or model different from what was ordered.
Important: We do not accept returns due to misuse, improper washing, normal wear and tear, or alterations made by the customer (adjustments, hemming, etc.).
2. REQUIRED PROCEDURE
If an error or defect is identified upon receipt, the customer must strictly follow the steps below within 7 (seven) calendar days after delivery:
Do not remove the product tag. Items without tags or showing signs of use will be automatically rejected.

In the email, include your order number and clear photos or videos clearly showing the alleged defect or error.
3. TECHNICAL REVIEW
After receiving the request, our team will conduct an initial review of the submitted images. If return shipping is approved, the product must be sent to our address.
Upon arrival at our distribution center, the item will undergo an In-Person Quality Inspection:
If a manufacturing defect is confirmed: HEAVEENFORCE will cover the costs and either send a replacement item or issue a full refund.
If evidence of use, washing, accidental damage, or bad faith is found: The item will be returned to the customer without refund, and shipping costs will be the buyer’s responsibility.
4. REFUNDS
When approved after technical review, refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase.
Credit Card: The chargeback may appear on up to two subsequent billing statements.
Pix/Bank Transfer: Credit to the bank account within up to 10 business days.
5. FINAL CONSIDERATIONS
By completing a purchase, the customer acknowledges and agrees that HEAVEENFORCE does not process exchanges or returns based on subjective reasons (personal preference). This ensures that our items are never worn and resold, maintaining hygiene and exclusivity for all customers.
