1. PRODUCTION & PROCESSING TIME

Since many of our exclusive items are made to order, please allow 2 to 5 business days for your order to be processed, printed, and quality-checked before shipment.

  • Note: During high-volume periods (holidays or new drops), processing time may extend slightly.

2. SHIPPING ESTIMATES (USA)

Once your order is deployed from our warehouse, the estimated delivery time depends on the carrier:

  • Standard Shipping (USPS/DHL/FedEx): 3 – 7 Business Days
  • Express Shipping: 2 – 3 Business Days (if available at checkout)

We ship primarily from distribution centers located within the United States to ensure faster delivery.

3. TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Mission Status: As soon as your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.

  • Please allow up to 48 hours for the carrier’s system to update the tracking status.
  • If you do not receive a tracking number within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact our HQ.

4. LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Heaveen Force is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, we will confirm delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.

5. WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER

It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address.
